1. When will my order be dispatched?
- We ship on business days only (Monday - Friday excluding weekends / Bank holidays)
- We aim for all orders to be processed and dispatched 24 hours after payment is received.
- All orders placed on Friday after 11 AM GMT, processing will commence the following Monday.

2. Do you ship internationally?
- We reserve the right to ship internationally at our discretion. Customers who place orders eligible for international shipping will receive an email stating so.

3. How can I track my order?
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received and ready to be processed. Additionally, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. This confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. Follow the instructions on https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item to track your order.

4. How long will my order take to be delivered?
- All UK orders will take few working days to be delivered depending on product, once shipping confirmation email has been received. (International delivery times may vary.)
- All orders must be signed for upon delivery, if you are not present Royal Mail will leave a contact card enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

5. What is your returns policy?
- We do not accept returns for the wrong size.
- No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
- LuvCreps will credit you in the same method as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item minus the delivery cost.

6. Which Payment Methods do you accept?
- Luvlust accepts PayPal and all leading credit/debit cards.
